David Karl Roberts, Associate Broker, Realtor , specializes in representing buyers and sellers in the Greater Portland area, the Lakes Region and Southern Coastal areas of Maine and also conducts First Time Homebuyer Workshops. 

David joined The Maine Real Estate Network in 2012 and was previously with Weichert Realtors-Waterglen Group where he was a consistent top producer for the company with numerous monthly and year end awards for sales. His portfolio of listings ranges throughout Southern Maine from the Greater Portland area to the Sebago Lakes Region of Maine.

David embodies the entrepreneurial and artistic spirit of Maine and is a true renaissance man. As a web developer and  consultant, he created websites for state agencies, colleges, small businesses and artisans and brings a wealth of useful technological knowledge to the business of Real Estate. As an artist and educator, David has taught graphic design, digital media and web development at the Maine College of Art and also spent 20 years as a touring musician/singer/songwriter throughout Maine, New England and the East Coast of the U.S. 

David is also a Registered Maine Fishing Guide and has intimate knowledge of the lakes, ponds, estuaries and waterways of Southern and Western Maine.

David lives in the historic Ferry Village neighborhood of South Portland with his wife Michelle and twin sons, Wylie and Digby.
